Align customer network strategies with wider business and digital objectives. Work closely with Practice Managers and Technical Leads to design and deliver seamless, end-to-end network solutions. Produce high-quality standardised or bespoke designs across WAN, LAN, WLAN and broader ICT infrastructure (including security, WAN optimisation, and load balancing). Support pre-sales, solution shaping, planning and implementation activities. Provide technical consultancy and resolve complex design or implementation issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
