This is a key role within a DRET Academy to ensure a safe and legal environment for students, staff, and visitors. The post holder will be responsible for Site Management, Contractor Control, Statutory Testing, Health & Safety Management, Building Maintenance, Security, and Asset Management. They will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to maintain a well-maintained learning environment.

Key requirements include good numeracy, literacy, communication skills, willingness to undertake training, physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, IT proficiency, planning, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in maintenance and understanding of health and safety regulations are essential.
