Description Part of Weatherford International, Reeves Wireline Technologies Ltd is a successful company engaged in the design, manufacture and operation of sophisticated geophysical exploration equipment servicing the International Oil, Gas and Mineral exploration industries. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing plant in East Leake. This role will be pivotal in ensuring production schedules are met, production shortages are proactively monitored on a daily basis as well as ensuring that resources are effectively utilised. Monitoring production progress, identifying and addressing any delays or issues impacting production timelines. Daily creation and updating of the work order shortage sheets. Release of work orders for picking by the stores team. Creation of sales order pick lists. Creating update reports to provide information to the delivery center’s that do not have visibility of the MRP system. Liaising with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and components are available to meet production & sales order needs. Assisting with capacity planning and allocation of labour resources to maintain workflow. Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime and rework. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and procurement, to resolve issues promptly. Support and own the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies on the production floor. Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment is desired. Experience in production planning, coordination, or scheduling roles preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is desirable. Good communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Continuous improvement mentality with a desire to improve processes. Understanding of quality and health & safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work under pressure. Location: In-person
