Responsibilities
:
1. Chair and manage monthly contract meetings across AGW disciplines
2. Monitor KPIs and drive contractor performance
3. Ensure % compliance and resident safety
4. Oversee risk assessments and manage resulting remedial actions
5. Verify contractor invoices and control budgets
6. Support contract specification and procurement
7. Liaise with residents, stakeholders and internal teams
8. Deputise for the Compliance Manager where required
About You:
9. Experience in asbestos, gas and/or water compliance
10. Strong contractor performance management experience
11. Knowledge of relevant AGW regulations
12. Commercial awareness and financial control capability
13. Strong IT skills (MS Office) and confident reporting ability
14. Organised, methodical and able to manage high volumes of compliance data
