Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Designing, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
* Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders.
* Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
* Translate client requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions.
* Resolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, adopt-not-adapt solutions.
* Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for the delivery team to succeed.
* Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new or existing clients.
* Train, coach, and supervise team members.
This Role Is For You If
* Experience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector with exposure to one or more of: Water Utilities, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable Energy.
* Evidence of at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sector.
* Deep technical expertise in one or more core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Asset management/EAM).
* Led solution strategy and design for multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
* Ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-moving SAP landscape.
* Strong to excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internal and with clients.
* Pre-sales experience and strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs.
