About the Role
As a new role to the business, reporting Directly to the Group Managing Director, this individual will play a pivotal role in managing numerous “business change” projects that will cover all disciplines of the business. A deep understanding of the housebuilding sector is advantageous, and with direct reports already in place, in addition to essential Project management experience, outstanding managerial skills will be essential to fulfil the needs of the role. Priority projects will include for example, COINS exploitation, development and MI; NHQB transition; Business cultural change programming, Group policy, systems and procedures (Operating Framework) development.
