About the Role of Passenger Assistance Agent: As a Passenger Assistance Agent, you'll play a vital part in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, smooth and positive airport experience. You'll be on the frontline, providing compassionate and professional support to passengers who require additional assistance. Your responsibilities as a Passenger Assistance Agent: Supporting passengers with special assistance needs, including reduced mobility, hidden disabilities, illness, age-related challenges, or other conditions. Escorting passengers from arrival points (car parks, forecourts, taxi ranks and bus stops) through to their aircraft seat and supporting them on arrival.
