Compensation: Starting at $45/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
Youll work closely with students who have diverse learning needs, using IEPs as a guide to deliver instruction tailored to their goals. Your role is essential to fostering a supportive, structured environment where every student can thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement lessons aligned with students' IEPs
* Track academic and behavioral progress with ongoing evaluations
* Partner with general education teachers and support staff
* Support student independence and self-advocacy skills
* Maintain compliance with state and district special education regulations
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
* Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
* Familiarity with IEP development and data-driven instruction
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in inclusive classrooms preferred
