Furbnow helps homeowners with a service that:
provides a whole home retrofit plan to achieve your goals for your home
gets them underway with their project: connects homeowners with trustworthy installers, provides a contract, a warranty for the work and a Retrofit Coordinator to oversee the project
monitors energy performance to see how the project has affected your energy and provides annual inspection of any work completed

Job Description
About the role
Joining Furbnow as the Supplier Relationship Manager is an incredible opportunity to put your skills to practice to have a real impact on delivering the Net Zero agenda.
As Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we recruit the best in the business to our supplier network to deliver a high standard of retrofit work consistently. You’ll be working primarily in the Operations team to ensure we have the systems that enable us to scale while working day-to-day with our suppliers. You’ll work directly with the co-founder and CEO, Becky Lane, and co-founder and CTO, Laurence Watson, to craft our processes, design new systems and implement them with the team.
️ What your new job will be:
Make us the best in class for retrofit professionals and installers to work with to find customers and new work opportunities
1. Design scalable systems that deliver a high standard of experience for our suppliers delivering retrofit assessments, Home Energy Plans, retrofit designs and installations
2. Ensure our supply capacity is in place and ready to go before we launch in every region
3. Coordinate with customer service operations and find ways to increase supplier retention
4. Track and monitor the performance of our systems and our performance and make changes in response to metrics
5. Work with the tech team to automate as much as possible and develop new tools to support our suppliers
6. Develop ways to support the professional development of our supply chain and look for ways Furbnow can be a value-add partner outside of our transactional relationship
7. Provide feedback to our Growth team to improve our supplier recruitment and capacity management strategy
8. Provide feedback to our Product team to improve the supplier experience

11. Make it easy for suppliers to do their best work that matches our expectations
12. Research and understand how we can use the right tools and technology and what we can offer to our partners

Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate operations professional based in London, Birmingham or remotely.
18. Knowledge and experience in the retrofit space will be a benefit but if you have experience of managing supply chain in a tech environment - we want to hear from you!
19. Highly organised. It goes without saying but you will be able to manage complex projects at pace.
20. Great communicator. You’ll interface with our team, our customers and our suppliers. You’ll need to concisely take in and share information rapidly.
21. Passion! Our goal is nothing less than to transform people’s homes and accelerate home decarbonisation. Passion for moving beyond intention and climate goals into real action is a must!
22. Light-speed learner. Every day the company is growing and evolving, and so will your role over time.
