The role of Team Secretary will include:
1. Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems, including identifying and implementing new administrative systems as required
2. Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
3. Assist in the maintenance of financial records and undertake financial transactions and payment processing
4. Oversee the arranging of meetings including agendas, attendance, information preparation, minute-taking and follow-up administration to ensure effective organisation and record keeping
5. Co-ordinate and plan team tasks and support the delivery of action plans to meet team targets
Skills and experiences:
6. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE English and Maths
7. NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service)
8. Experience of providing administrative services
9. Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management
10. Some knowledge of housing and other relevant legislation
11. Ability to work independently and use own initiative

22. Role salary is £28,369 (rising to £29,862 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
