The Role:
The employment team of this Legal 500 law firm offers expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment cases. They need an Employment Solicitor to handle a full and varied caseload, including contracts of employment, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancy, and employment tribunal claims. The successful candidate will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and employees.
The Candidate:
Applicants should have at least 2 years PQE in employment law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. A strong track record in handling employment issues for both employers and employees is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and work with a varied client base.
