Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 per year Requirements: Relevant Degree qualifications or similar practical experience Experience of Technical Project Management Experience of Business analysis / requirements collection experience Understanding/experience of Cyber/Information Security within application design, hosted (SAAS) systems and project management Experience in creating project documentation ongoing processes and user/admin guides Experience of managing IT support/consultancy companies to deliver projects High level of IT Literacy including good knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Applications (ideally including Office365, Visio, Project, SharePoint) Experience of Projects involving Service Now (desirable) Experience of Projects involving Microsoft 365 (including Email, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Azure etc) (desirable) Experience of ISO 27001 within project management (desirable) Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of main Corporate IT System Projects for 2026, primarily Service Now Cover requirements capture/definition, managing suppliers, and users as part of the project Complete system testing and manage the full delivery of projects Work closely with the CIO to deliver improvement/migration projects for Corporate IT Systems Manage the GM UK Corporate IT Projects throughout the full project lifecycle Capture and define requirements, including business analysis to understand needs and expectations Prepare project documentation including business cases, checksheets, and project start/closure documents Manage supplier relationships for system design, configuration, and delivery Ensure compliance with cyber/information security standards and GM UK policies Engage with users and managers throughout the project Assist with process documentation related to new systems/projects Manage testing of new systems, define test plans, and oversee resolution of issues Work within GM UK Change and release processes for system updates Document user and admin guides.
