About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind your regions short, medium, and long-term development. Reporting to the Divisional Director, youll be responsible for delivering and exceeding regional sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and coaching a high-performing team of agents across the Beef, Sheep, and Dairy sectors.
Youll play a key role in shaping the future of Agri-Lloyd by:
* Creating and executing annual regional business plans
* Motivating and mentoring sales agents to achieve their goals
* Conducting regular field visits and performance reviews
* Organising regional sales meetings and knowledge transfer events
* Analysing sales data and proposing strategic actions
* Representing Agri-Lloyd at agricultural shows and events
