The Role
You will join a Corporate team with a well-established deal flow spanning private equity, public and private M&A, venture capital and equity capital markets work. The client base is broad in terms of both sector and geography, and the calibre of instructions consistently punches at the top of the market for an international practice.
Day to day you will take ownership of transactions, advising clients with both technical rigour and commercial awareness. Alongside your transactional responsibilities you will contribute actively to client relationships and business development activity.
