Job Description
As a Project Delivery Engineer, you will join our team in Coventry to support our activities within the Automotive sector. The programme is focused on sealing and adhesive solutions within advanced vehicle systems.
This role will play a key part in supporting engineering delivery across both prototype builds and series production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the development, validation, and delivery of sealing and adhesive solutions for battery enclosures, body structures, and comparable vehicle assemblies, ensuring performance, durability, and manufacturability targets are met.
* Working closely with manufacturing, launch, and prototype teams to support build activities, production ramp-up, and early-life issue resolution across multi-site environments.
* Providing technical engineering input on materials behaviour, adhesive and sealant compatibility, and application processes, including surface preparation and manufacturing constraints.
* Reviewing and interpreting CAD models, drawings, and analytical data using CAD tools to support design maturity and engineering change activities.
* Supporting launch issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions by collaborating cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
* Assisting with engineering documentation, design updates, and readiness activities to ensure successful delivery against programme milestones.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Proven experience supporting engineering delivery in prototype and/or production environment.
* Solid working knowledge of sealing and adhesive systems used in structural automotive applications, including manufacturing and assembly considerations
* Experience using 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and interpreting CAD analytical drawings
* Flexibility to support travel across multiple sites during build and launch phases
Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with build phases and launch readiness activities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
