What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Purchase Ledger
Processing electronic purchase invoices accurately on a daily basis
Matching invoices within the finance system and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to manage invoice and account queries
Supporting bank reconciliation activity and monthly payment runs
Assisting with payroll administration where required
Providing wider support across the accounts function as needed
What you’ll bring to the table as a Purchase Ledger
Previous experience within a purchase ledger, accounts assistant or accounts administrator role
Experience processing invoices and managing supplier queries
Confidence working with Excel, Word and email systems
Strong attention to detail when handling financial data
Experience supporting wider finance or accounts functions
Working hours: Monday to Thursday standard office hours, with a 1.30pm finish on Friday.
