The Role
* Teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across various media, including fine art, drawing, and printmaking
* Supporting practical Art lessons, encouraging creative expression alongside technical skill
* Assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with portfolio development
* Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
* Working collaboratively within a supportive Art team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4
* Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
* A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
