Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Cribbs Causeway
Join our team at Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section. We’re looking for passionate, fashion‑forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation and deliver exceptional customer service.
Working pattern: Saturday 13:00 – 21:00, Sunday 10:00 – 18:00
Purpose: To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before tasks while championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers, helping us continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and contribute to daily sales targets, priorities and promotions
* Engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and promote products and services
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
