The successful candidate will support high-needs learners in overcoming barriers to learning, with a strong focus on promoting independence, tracking progress, and achieving goals linked to Preparation for Adulthood, Maths, and English. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Assist learners in developing core skills in Maths and English. Support learners in working towards Preparation for Adulthood outcomes, including independence, employment, and community inclusion. Adapt support approaches to meet individual needs in a flexible and responsive way. Monitor, track, and record learner progress against agreed targets and outcomes.
