We are looking for a Warehouse and Office Assistant to join a small but dynamic team based in the NP26 area of Wales. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to be involved in daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve customers on the trade counter, process payments, and assist with order picking. Warehouse Duties: Pick, pack, and organise customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Stock Management: Check goods in, maintain stock rotation, and ensure correct bin locations. Vehicle Handling: Assist with loading and unloading vehicles. Sales Administration: Process customer orders, manage invoicing, credits, and quotes. Stock Control & Purchasing: Assist in managing inventory and stock replenishment. General Duties: Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation. Strong communication skills are essential. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Skills: Good communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Attributes: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
