Hybrid: Yes 2 days per week in office
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £450 per day paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term
Duties
General practice surveyor required to support the wider property services team
Main areas of work will include: asset valuations / community asset transfer applications / community buildings review and general estate management of the clients portfolio
* Provide valuation, estates management and surveying advice to all departments and promote the corporate use of the property assets across the Council.
* Advise on lower level property issues and to contribute to projects at an appropriate a level.
* Provide support to projects for the negotiation of the acquisition and disposal of all types of land and property assets and interests.
* Assist in undertaking statutory valuations subject to the sign off and approval by an MRICS and Registered Status Valuer to support the Councils accountancy functions.
Person Specification
