Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Receptionist role based in London. The Security Receptionist will monitor building access, greet and assist visitors, handle telephone inquiries, manage deliveries, and ensure the safety and security of premises and individuals. Additional tasks include maintaining visitor logs, conducting routine security checks, and responding to emergencies promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries.
Proficiency in security operations, access control, and routine monitoring protocols.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic IT and administrative skills, including the ability to manage visitor logs and handle correspondence.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure or in emergency situations.
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining safe and welcoming environments.
Prior experience in security, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
SIA Security License is required, and additional certifications in First Aid or Health and Safety are a plus.
