Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancer to join a forward‑thinking, multi‑disciplinary law firm in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full‑time job working within a friendly and supportive team. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Conveyancer will be joining a busy and respected team and will be managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including:
* Sales and Purchases
* Re‑mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New builds
* Help to buy
* Shared Ownership
Person specification
Applications are sought from Property Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers who can independently manage a broad caseload of property transactions.
Successful applicants will ideally have at least 2 years of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
* Exceptional client care skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Organisational skills with excellent time management
* Proactivity and the ability to work with minimal supervision
* A collaborative team spirit
