Job Description
Effectively lead all aspects of facilities management for schools within a cluster, managing a multifunctional team to deliver professional, high-quality, and customer-focused soft FM services.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organization.
The Facilities Operations Coordinator role in the Portlethen Cluster differs slightly from similar roles across Aberdeenshire, as the majority of work for the Academy is currently not included in the role. The Academy is a PPP school operated by a third-party contractor until the contract ends. Until then, the FOC role involves more hands-on elements than in other locations.
Interview for this position will be held at Portlethen Academy on 21st May 2025.
