Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving business growth? We are looking for a Group Registered Manager to oversee our Home Instead offices on the East side of our Midlands Enterprise Group, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and business expansion.
As a Group Registered Manager, you will:
1. Lead and support Registered Managers to drive business growth and outstanding care.
2. Ensure full regulatory compliance, striving for Outstanding ratings across all territories.
3. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase client numbers and market share.
4. Oversee care quality, risk assessments, and continuous improvement across the business.
5. Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
6. Engage with local communities and stakeholders to enhance Home Instead’s presence.
7. Monitor KPIs and business performance, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
You’ll be a motivational leader with a strong track record in care management and business development.
You will have:
✔ Extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector.
✔ Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to compliance and quality.
✔ A passion for growing services while maintaining high care standards.
✔ Excellent communication and influencing skills.
✔ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
