This fast-growing D2C business is one of the UK’s most exciting success stories, recognised as a top performer in the country’s fastest-growing companies list. Since launching in 2015, the brand has built a loyal customer base who adore its range of trend-led, affordable luxury products. With a mission to create meaningful pieces for every moment, the brand is particularly loved for its personalised, high-quality pieces.

Team members share a high-growth mindset, drive, ambition and a commitment to finding solutions. Agility is key: staying ahead of the competition by understanding customers deeply and moving fast to meet their needs.

Role Overview

The brand is searching for an exceptional Social Media Manager to join its dynamic Brand Marketing Team. This person will execute the owned social strategy and elevate the brand’s online presence to new heights—driving visibility, engagement, and emotional connection.

As a social-first business, the brand considers social media its “shop window”—a space to inspire, create desire, and foster long-term loyalty. The Social Media Manager will play a critical role in raising the bar, leading innovation, and delivering standout content that keeps the brand ahead of its competitors.

This role requires a creative yet strategic thinker with strong communication skills, platform expertise, and a passion for culturally relevant, thumb-stopping content.

* Lead reporting across all social media efforts, delivering in-depth weekly and monthly insights.
* Analyse performance metrics—engagement, reach, conversions—to optimise content and identify growth opportunities.
* Conduct regular competitor research to keep the brand ahead of industry trends.
* Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms, shaping new initiatives that grow audience and engagement.
* Lead community-driven initiatives including competitions, challenges, and UGC campaigns.
* Produce clear, on-brand content briefs aligned with tone of voice, aesthetic, and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the influencer team to maximise the impact of talent-driven content.
* Protect brand reputation by monitoring social conversations and responding appropriately.
* Support expansion into new platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok Shop).
* Assist the Social Producer with planning social-first shoots.
* Manage both in-house and freelance content creators to ensure cohesive, high-quality output.
