Part-Time Payroll Administrator
* Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
* Location: Thame
* Salary: FTE £30,000 - £32,750 per annum, depending on experience

They are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for various units using the iTrent system. Full training on iTrent will be provided. This role is fully office-based in Thame, offering flexibility in work days.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Process payroll, including data collation, responding to employee queries, and preparing and uploading employee letters.
* Scan payroll documentation and compile monthly reports.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, enhancing employee satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
* GCSE in Maths at grade C or above.
* A Level or BTEC as a minimum educational qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience in payroll.
* Experience with MHR iTrent is advantageous but not essential.
