ACR are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer for an industry-proven construction company based in London. The role starts as a temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff, if the right candidate presents themselves.
The project you would be joining is currently a rolling programme, focusing on the communal fire safety works across a residential scheme.
Duties include:

Act as the main point of contact between residents and the project team (contractors, site managers, council officers, etc.).

Inform residents about upcoming works, schedules, and potential disruptions (e.g., noise, access restrictions, temporary relocations).

Handle resident queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
*
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and homeowners.
*
Provide translation or accessibility support for residents where necessary.
