Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a client that are looking to expand their engineering team and hire a Systems Integration Engineer. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and get involved with the existing product development and become a valued member of the team. Duties and Responsibilities
* Understand and program using serial protocols
* Experience of being able to interrogate servers and databases
* Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance the company's product offerings
* Document technical work comprehensively and present findings to both internal and external shareholders
* Provide technical support and integration assistance for existing software and systems
* Organise and manage tasks efficiently
* Engage in hands on activities
* Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Interrogate servers and databases to support product development and troubleshooting
About you
* Proficiency in programming with a good knowledge of backend development and REST API's
* Strong understanding of working with serial protocols- RS232, RS485, MODBUS, SD-12
* Experience with server database interrogation- MongoDB, Access, SQL
