Our clients are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Buckhurst Hill, Essex — someone who is confident, proactive, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.


This is a dual role in both sales and lettings, giving you the best of both worlds and the opportunity to maximise your earnings.


💼 Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 basic- Car allowance

💰 OTE: £50,000 – £60,000

🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday (9am–6pm), Saturdays (9am–3pm, with a day off in lieu)
