The responsibilities of the Ward Clerk includes preparing and maintaining patient case notes, managing cancellations and ensure data entry on relevant systems. Please note - the hours of working at 9:30am -5:30pm with the expectation to cover 7:30am - 3:30pm to cover colleagues absence.
