Responsibilities
* Provide support in the delivery of a quality homecare medicines supply service to patients under the care of the homecare service in Bradford.
* Provide a link between the specialties and the homecare services team to improve the timely prescribing, ordering and supply of patients' medication to reduce both wastage or missed doses of treatment.
* Maintain the safe, efficient and cost‑effective supply of homecare medicines to patients under the care of the Trust.
* Provide routine advice to patients/carers on pharmaceutical products and further supplies including liaison with prescribers and pharmacy professionals.
