Domestic Operations Manager

Christ’s Hospital has an excellent opportunity for a newly created role of Operations Manager. This is an agile role to support the Director of Operations. Our support services sit at the heart of Christ’s Hospital and are vital to its success. The Operations Manager will oversee a range of the School’s support functions and projects as required by the Director of Operations. Currently the role will be overseeing the Housekeeping, Portering and Laundry operation.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role in estates/facilities management.
* Proven experience of managing large teams and developing good relations with staff and the wider school community.
* Ability to manage budgets and implement/manage digital and data initiatives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritise.
