We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established franchised dealership in Bristol, for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and professional aftersales team. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Liaising with the workshop to provide updates on vehicle progress
* Advising customers on repairs, costs, and additional work required
* Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (essential)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Good organisational and IT skills
* A professional and positive attitude
