Your new role
Working closely with the Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective accounts payable function, supporting both internal stakeholders and external partners.Key Responsibilities
1. Process financial documents accurately and efficiently, ensuringpliance with accounting standards and relevant legislation
2. Maintain high levels of accuracy,pleteness, and data integrity across the financial system
3. Provide a responsive and professional service to both internal teams and external contacts
4. Support internal and external audit processes
5. Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required within the finance function
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger / Finance Clerk roles
7. Strong working knowledge of finance systems and processes
8. Intermediate Excel skills ( lookups, pivot tables, data handling)
9. Good understanding of financial controls,pliance, and associated risks
