The Customer Services / Customer Care Coordinator Role
This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, aftercare and admin coordination who wants to work with homeowners and construction teams.
Main responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customers post-completion (phone & email).
*
Log queries accurately in the company’s CRM and internal systems.
*
Liaise with maintenance teams, subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and track remedial works.
*
Keep customers updated with progress, resolving queries quickly and effectively.
*
Handle straightforward issues independently and escalate complex queries as needed.
*
Deliver excellent customer care and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with a background in:

Customer care / customer service (phone or face-to-face)
*
Administration or office coordination
*
Property management, aftersales, or construction industry (not essential)
You’ll also need to be:

Confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.
*
Organised with strong time management.
*
Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve effectively.
*
IT literate (MS Office, CRM systems desirable).
*
Ambitious with a desire to progress into senior Customer Care / Customer Services Coordinator roles.
