Position: Personnel Assistant – Personnel Services, Finance & Corporate Resources (Temporary)
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: Grade 2 Level 1-3, £28,340 - £33,231

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for candidates, managers and employees regarding recruitment, onboarding and general personnel queries.
* Deliver high‑standard customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Prioritise workload during busy times to meet recruitment timescales.
* Develop, analyse and deliver complex reports using spreadsheets and other IT tools.
* Support the team in maintaining an efficient, modern self‑service HR system (Oracle Fusion).
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy, customer‑focused environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT and analytical skills, with confidence using spreadsheet data.
* Attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach to workload management.
* Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Must be willing to learn and develop within the role.
* Overseas criminal records check (if applicable).
