Role Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and assist in creating high-quality dishes using local produce.
2. Work directly under the Demi Chef de Partie.
3. Assist the team in your section, ensuring high standards of product and service.
4. Collaborate with senior team members to develop your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
* Food Hygiene Certifications.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Flexible attitude.
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
* Must be based in or be willing to relocate to the UK.
* Proof of right to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen, ILR/PR status, or valid work permit/visa with at least 2 years remaining).
