POSITION: Pipeline Supervisor
LOCATION: Chester / North Wales
START: ASAP
DURATION: 12 month renewable contract
DAILY RATE: All-inclusive daily rate (Inside IR35)
Brunel are looking to recruit a Pipeline Construction Supervisor with 5 years’ experience in pipeline construction. This 12 month renewable contract (3-4 year scope) is to work on a a major development project involving new onshore O&G facilities, multiple pipelines, terminal upgrades, and a new offshore platform and you will be based at site and the contractors offices in the Chester/NE Wales areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and coordinating all aspects of pipeline construction, ensuring the work is carried out in line with the approved schedule and budget.
2. You will also oversee and follow up on the contractors’ activities on-site, ensuring all activities carried out are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements.
3. Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.
4. Supervise daily construction activities for pipeline installation, including ROW opening and soil stripping, excavation, welding, coating, lowering and testing.
