ProcureOne is partnering with a globally renowned brand to attract a first-class Procurement Category Manager to join their team as they continue to develop and grow.
Reporting to the Senior Category Manager and working within a fantastic procurement team, you will lead end-to-end procurement across various indirect categories, focusing on Travel, Meetings & Events. Responsibilities include:
* Managing the procurement cycle from pre-tender to contract award.
* Identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities through insight and analysis.
* Leading spend analysis, supplier market reviews, and managing supplier risk and governance.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders up to director level.
* Negotiating commercially and contractually across categories.
* Drafting contracts and managing supplier relationships.
* Improving procurement processes and policies.
* Supporting specifications drafting for clarity and market relevance.
Candidates should have proven Travel Procurement experience or generalist procurement experience with exposure to Travel.
Ideal candidates will be CIPS qualified, professional, and capable of constructive challenge. The team values a collaborative, hands-on approach where support and teamwork are essential.
