My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their firm on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role can be based in either of the Firm’s regional offices across North West and West Yorkshire.
Salary - Up to £63k
Hybrid working
In office 2-3 days per week
This Recruitment Manager role will be managing a recruitment team of 4, dealing with day-to-day "Business Services" recruitment and being involved in project work.
Duties will include:
1. Lead and develop a team of recruiters and resourcing assistants, ensuring effective delivery and clear objectives
2. Oversee firm-wide recruitment initiatives, such as new system implementation, brand positioning, inclusive hiring approaches, and agency panel reviews
3. Manage the vacancy approval process and contribute to strategic workforce planning in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
4. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, legally compliant, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
5. Build and manage strong relationships with external suppliers, evaluating performance and maximising return on investment
