Nineteen Bespoke Care, a part of award winning Nineteen Recruitment Services, is a new service dedicated to providing staffing support to local authorities for their emergency care packages for the children and young people in their care.

Responsibilities:
1. Support children and young people in their day-to-day activities, which may include facilitating school attendance, meal planning, and recreational activities.
2. Foster a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
4. Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people, helping them develop essential life skills.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's progress and any significant incidents.
6. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to agency policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience working with children in a residential care setting is preferred.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with children and young people.
10. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
11. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
12. Valid driver's license, business insurance and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
13. Ideally, you will be qualified to level 3 and have undertaken training in safeguarding, CSE, H&S, E&D, Missing and Notification, Restraint and more.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
