Job Title: Workshop Technician Fishing - Oiltools

Responsibilities:
* Carry out servicing, assembly, and testing of Archer Fishing equipment, shock tools, and third-party equipment in accordance with Archer's quality management system.
* Prepare tools for shipment offshore following work orders and procedures.
* Prepare offshore checklists for tools.
* Participate in maintenance and housekeeping of the workshop area.
* Prepare necessary reports and documentation for all tool installation and offshore activities.
* Engage in project work.
* Maintain safe and proactive behavior, including active use of 4-point checks, toolbox talks, interventions, and proactive reporting.
* Be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to operational needs if required.
* Keep the work area clean and all paperwork/records up to date.
* Assist in training and mentoring Archer personnel on fishing equipment and maintenance as needed.
Experience Requirements:
* Proficient in Windows PC use.
* Extensive experience with all fishing tools and inspection criteria.
* Experience in setting up new workshop workflows and improving efficiencies is beneficial.
* Basic understanding of rig systems and drilling operations.
