Pay Rate: £33,109.44 per annum based on a 4 on 4 off rotation – Lots of scope for overtime also available
Hours: 12‑hour shifts (days/nights/weekends, average 42 hours per week) with overtime opportunities.

Main Duties
Your Role
* As an Emergency Response Team officer, you will play a key part in maintaining safety and security across a major client site.
* Providing a visible and proactive security presence.
* Respond quickly and effectively to fires, first aid incidents, and environmental emergencies.
* Join the Emergency Response Team in training, maintaining equipment and organising daily tasks.
* Maintain and inspect emergency equipment to operational standards.
* Conduct internal and external patrols, searches, and incident reporting.
* Support compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking motivated, professional individuals who are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
Essential Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Valid SIA front line licence (fully funded)
* Ability to pass a medical and fitness test (including suitability for breathing apparatus)
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
* Ability to pass security vetting and random drug/alcohol testing
* Basic/intermediate IT skills
Desirable
* FREC 3 medical qualification (if already held)
Please note: due to breathing apparatus requirements, candidates must remain clean‑shaven or maintain a tightly trimmed goatee‑style beard to ensure equipment compatibility.
