Management Accountant / Part Qualified Accountant (Outsourcing)

About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded international advisory group, renowned for delivering expert financial and outsourcing solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and tech‑savvy Management Accountant to join their friendly and professional Leatherhead team.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality accounting and outsourcing services to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. This position would suit a candidate from a practice background, though applicants from industry are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare management accounts for UK and multinational entities
* Produce annual accounts for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders
* Handle multi‑currency accounting for overseas clients
* Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
* Provide ongoing accounting and financial support to clients
* Manage your own portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships
About You
You will be a motivated professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client service.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience gained in a UK firm of Accountants essential
* AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA or ACCA (study support available)
* Proven experience in management accounts preparation
* Competent in statutory accounts and VAT returns
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* A team player with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Salary and Benefits
* Salary £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience and qualification
