Our client is a leading, wellestablished and respected manufacturing business.
Due to new procedures in the company, they have an opportunity for a QualityInspector.
Duties:
1. Quality inspection of mechanical components using conventional inspection equipment for the motorsport & aerospace industries.
2. Raise Inspection Reports when a part is wrong and follow up the issue
3. Inspect parts following the factory priorities
4. Inspect 1st offs from machine shop
5. Carry out problem solving and provide technical advice, as required, to the shop floor.
Requirements:
·Mechanical inspection experience essential.
·Good understanding of Mechanical components.
·Good understanding of machining process.
·Must be able to use manual inspection equipment.
·A good level of computer literacy, including Word and Excel to enable operation of QA IT systems.
