Science Teacher (Biology Specialism Preferred) – Tameside – September Start
Are you a dynamic Science teacher looking to inspire the next generation of scientists?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a successful and well-respected secondary school in Tameside to recruit a qualified Science Teacher for the new academic year. The ideal candidate will have a Biology specialism, although applications from all Science specialists are welcome.
The school boasts a strong science department, modern laboratories, and high levels of student engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
Full-time position teaching KS3 and KS4 Science
Delivering engaging and practical lessons in line with the national curriculum
Working closely with the Head of Department and wider team
Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science or related subject
Biology specialism desirable but not essential
Confident classroom practitioner with a track record of improving student outcomes
A commitment to inclusive teaching and differentiated learning
