Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Premises Manager to join a welcoming school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong facilities management skills and a hands-on approach to maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented learning environment.

Responsibilities
* Acting as a keyholder, ensuring the premises are opened and secured each day
* Supervising and coordinating contractors and the facilities team
* Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
* Ensuring heating, lighting, and alarm systems are operational
* Maintaining health and safety standards across the site
* Monitoring site security and cleanliness
* Managing stock levels and ordering equipment as required
About You
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with:
* Previous experience in a similar caretaker or premises management role (school experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of site maintenance, security, and health & safety practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A valid Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service
* Immediate availability to interview and start
