Job Title: Beauty Studio Manager (Ideally with Senior Stylist Experience) 12 MTH Maternity Leave Cover
Location: Fosse Park, Leicester
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £34,500 per annum
About You
* NVQ level 3 minimum, ideally up to NVQ level 4 in hairdressing
* Outstanding communication skills and previous management experience
* Established background in hairdressing
The Role
* Lead the team and manage salon operations while working as a Senior Stylist
* Provide a range of services including brow and lash treatments, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, spray tanning, and full hair salon and barbering services
* Manage the studio team to deliver excellent customer service
* Handle team management tasks such as performance reviews, rotas, and training for approximately 15 stylists, barbers, and beauty therapists
* Ensure customers are welcomed and leave satisfied, professionally handling queries and complaints
* Encourage upselling within the Superdrug store and promote the Beauty Studio zone
* Take ownership of stock ordering and management
* Lead by example to ensure the best consultations and advice, especially during colour services
Beauty Studio at Superdrug
We operate 9 fully functioning Hair & Beauty Salons with plans for expansion, offering treatments from hair and barbering to brows, nails, and lashes. We partner with brands such as Orly, Studex, Lash Perfect, Eyelash Emporium, and Schwarzkopf.
