Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work with some of the most delightful Primary Schools in Portsmouth on an ongoing basis, including day-to-day supply and long-term assignments with the opportunity to go permanent.
The schools are looking for a Primary Teacher to work full-time on a long-term basis from the start of September.
The schools seek Primary Teachers and Teaching Staff who are compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. They value the right character often over extensive experience on paper.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school policies.
2. Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students' individual needs.
3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
6. Support the school's ethos and values, promoting respect, kindness, and responsibility within the classroom and wider school community.
7. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. A passion for teaching and supporting young children in their educational journey.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Experience in primary education (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers).
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment.
